Teledyne RF & Microwave
Gain Shape Linearizer Amplifiers are used in a number of applications where it's necessary to flatten the gain characteristic of the preceding or following component. This would include flattening the attenuation of a long cable run, or perhaps changing the input gain response to a MPM (Microwave Power Module) or TWT (Traveling Wave Tube) to compensate for the gain variation within the tube.

Skylink Microwave
Skylink a leading provider in design and manufacture a wide range of traveling wave tube amplifiers(TWTAs) and microwave power modules(MPMs).Skylink's new generation of MPMs are based on a modular design, and use new technology, material and computer simulation system to improve weight, size and efficiency. Our main MPM series frequency covers range from 2 to 40GHz and providing more than 100W. They combine a helix TWT, a solid state amplifier and an integrated power conditioner in a compact package.

Teledyne Paradise Datacom
Working with their counterparts at Teledyne MEC, Teledyne Paradise Datacom has developed a new Pulsed Radar SSPA (solid state power amplifier) that provides Operators with an ideal pathway for addressing the needs of legacy radar platforms. The solid state technology allows customers to upgrade or replace their aging TWT, Magnetron, or Klystron-based radar platforms with a newer generation of technology. Leveraging this new Pulsed SSPA, platforms can be equipped to deliver superior SWaP, power density, scalability, and performance over a longer life cycle.

S-BAND to KA-BAND -
Communications & Power Industries
Each of CPI TMD's TWT-based units is comprised of a compact power supply and mini TWT, combined into an ultra-compact, lightweight "drop-in" amplifier block. This simplifies system design and installation, increases reliability and minimizes safety hazards. The units also feature high electrical efficiency and excellent thermal management. Performance is factory set, removing the need for any user adjustments in the field and, if necessary, permitting easy field replacement of the complete unit. The product range covers S-band to Ka-band, and includes continuous wave (CW), pulsed and CW/pulsed units of extremely compact design. At only 1.7 kg with over 110 W output power, the PTXM1000 is believed to be the market’s highest power density MPM.
